Invasion Of Zombies (the "game") is built and published by Ubersoft ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how the game handles your information. The short version: your data stays on your device, and we don't collect it.
- No account. No sign-up, no login, no profile.
- No servers. Your progress, records, and settings live only on your device.
- No tracking in the game. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers. (This website counts anonymous page views — see section 03.)
- Nothing reaches us. We can't see your information, because it never leaves your device.
01 Information the game stores on your device
The game saves small amounts of data locally so it can work — your run records (like best distance), unlocks, and preferences such as language and sound settings. All of this is stored on your device using the device's own storage. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
02 Information we collect
We do not collect, receive, or store any personal information about you. Because the game has no account system and no server component, we have no technical means of accessing anything you do in it.
03 Analytics and advertising
The game contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking technologies. We do not build a profile of you, and the game does not use advertising identifiers.
This website is separate from the game, and it does count visits. These pages use GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service, to record anonymous page views so we know which pages people find useful. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data. It runs only on this website — never inside the game.
04 Network and offline play
The game runs entirely on your device and is fully playable offline. It does not send gameplay, telemetry, or any other information to a server while you play.
05 Purchases
Invasion Of Zombies is a one-time paid game. Your purchase is processed by Google Play, not by us — we never see or store your payment details. Google's handling of your purchase and account information is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
06 Third-party services
These third parties are involved, and none of them is inside the game — the game contacts no servers at all (see section 04). They are all part of either buying the app or visiting this website:
- Google Play — distributes the app and processes your purchase. We never see or store your payment details. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- GoatCounter — counts anonymous page views on this website. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and collects no personal data. See GoatCounter's privacy policy.
That is the whole list. GoatCounter's counting script is the only file these pages load from anywhere other than this domain — every font, image and other script is served from invasionofzombies.com itself.
07 Permissions
The game requests no special device permissions — no location, no contacts, no camera, no microphone.
08 Children's privacy
Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. It is suitable for a general audience.
09 Your choices and rights
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. You remain in full control of the information on your device: you can clear the game's data from your device settings or uninstall the game to remove everything. Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA — you may have rights regarding personal data a company holds about you. We hold none.
10 Data security
Your information stays on your device, so its security depends largely on your device's own protections. We recommend keeping your device locked and its software up to date. Because nothing is transmitted to us, there is no central database of your information for anyone to breach.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version at invasionofzombies.com/privacy. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
